"The Sovereign Lord is my Strength" Habakkuk 3:19 These next couple of days are meant to be days of building up strength for Katrina before going back to MD Anderson for Course 2 of chemo. Milestone: we both slept through the night last night:) That is a first and we were grateful for the extended time to sleep. Today Katrina is eating pretty well. Not that the food appeals to her yet, still working on that, but she is able to have an appetite and that is important. It is going to help her stomach to have food with the medications. In fact, one new med requires that. Also, it would be good for her to gain a few pounds back. So please pray for her appetite to return. She seems to have less abdominal pain today so also pray for that to continue to heal!! She walked outside a bit today since it is sunny and warm. She is currently taking an afternoon nap and says she wishes she could take her own comfy bed to the hospital. We'll just keep asking the Lord for this next course to go well so she comes home quickly! The bone marrow she had done yesterday is causing her to have some back pain but that is typical. walking actually is what they say helps with that. Thank you for praying for physical and spiritual strength as she walks this painful trial. Your support means more than we can tell you! Lori
