Today we went to Dr. Hsu's office for my blood work. The plan is for me to be admitted for round 6 on Monday, but that means all my counts need to recover. My hemoglobin is staying high (well, high for me) and my white count is great, but those platelets... on Wednesday they were 23 so I was hopeful for a big jump today. My platelets were only 33... it is good that they are going up, but I need them to be over 80 for my bone marrow aspiration and admission for chemo on Monday. Please pray with us that my counts recover so I don't have to wait to start my next round. I have also been having those horrible body aches again... they have gotten a little better, but would appreciate your prayers for those to go away.
