Checking off another LP

"Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer."
Romans 12:12

This morning we headed back to my home away from home MDA. I went to the FastTrack Lab (which has NEVER been fast) to get my blood drawn and wait for my review. We met with Sue (Dr. Kantarjian's nurse) to go over my blood work and she said she would arrange for Sheena to give me my LP. Sheena being the awesome person she is however, had already called me to find out what time I needed her so she could be there. Have I mentioned how much I love her? While I waited for my LP, I also got my Neulasta shot. It's a good things since my white count has already dropped a lot... I am hoping that it doesn't take as long as this last time to recover so I don't have to be a hermit all the time :) Things were running a little late in the Transfusion Unit where I get my LP, but as soon as Sheena was paged, she was there and ready to get started. The procedure went well and pretty quickly. Other than being tired I feel pretty good and am hoping that will continue. Thanks for your prayers!
