Chemo Tomorrow!

Praise him with trumpet sound; praise him with lute and harp! Praise him with tambourine and dance; praise him with strings and pipe! Praise him with sounding cymbals; praise him with loud clashing cymbals! Let everything that has breath praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!

-Psalm 150:1-6

Thank you for your prayers, my platelets were up to 72 this morning! I will be able to go MD Anderson to start chemo tomorrow :) It's funny how in the beginning I wanted extra days at home before I went in again and now my admissions couldn't come fast enough! It is so nice to say that soon this will be behind me. Please pray that tomorrow will go smoothly and a room (preferably on the 12th floor) would be available early on in the day so we can get started. Thanks so much for following what is going on with me as I complete my treatments!

  1. Psalm 40:31

    "Those who hope in the Lord
    will renew their strength.
    They will soar on wings like eagles;
    they will run and not grow weary,
    they will walk and not be faint."

    May your stay at Anderson be completed
    without many problems. God bless, Katrina.

  2. Yea!!! Soon it will be one more down and only one more to go!! I've already been praying for you to get the 12th floor, for the lumbar to go smoothly, and for no headaches or numbness.

    Hang in there, you are doing great!

    Love you....Jodi

  3. Whoo Hooo!!! "Immeasurably more than we could ever ask or imagine..." (Eph. 3:20) and it was a good 12 pts. over the asked or imagined! Praising today and thinking of you tomorrow!
